You must bring either your physical card or myColorado Vaccine Record. NO PHOTOS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
NO experience required! We will introduce some basic skating techniques to those without experience, and promise transfers/experienced skaters will work up a sweat too. If you do not have your own gear, we can loan you some! After skating, we will share information about joining. Let’s get you rolling!
Before attending, please read the attached New Skater Info Guide. It will tell you everything you need to know about what to expect, what type of gear you will need, and some basics about the league and roller derby as a sport.
After the event there will be a gear workshop where appropriate gear will be discussed and basic skate anatomy and maintenance will be covered. You may also have the opportunity to purchase gear at this time, as we have invited Death and Glory Skate Shop to bring a limited amount of starter gear if they are available. But regardless, RMRD skaters get a 10% discount at Death and Glory skate shop! IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED GEAR PLEASE DO NOT DO SO UNTIL AFTER THIS EVENT.
