Winning Weekend All Around

Friday – Fight Club defeated Houston at WFTDA D1 Playoffs.

Saturday – Fight Club defeated Windy City in a tight bout, with Windy fighting all the way to the end (click here for a great recap from DNN), securing a trip to WFTDA Championships in November. Might Club conquered SoCo. Project Mayhem beat Pikes Peak Derby Dames Slamazons.

Sunday – Next up: Fight Club versus Gotham’s All Stars at 4 pm Mountain Time to determine which team will be seeded first or second going into Champs. Watch it live on wftda.tv! 

Fight Club Headed to Division 1 Playoffs!

Fight Club is representing RMRG in the Women’s Flat-Track Derby Association (WFTDA) Division 1 Playoff Tournament in Asheville, NC from September 20-22. Only the top three teams from this ten-team tournament can advance to WFTDA Championships in November and Fight Club will be fighting all weekend for their spot at Champs.

Fight Club’s first bout is this Friday at 4:00 MDT. You can watch all the fun for $12 (for the whole weekend) at http://www.wftda.tv or head to Derbyville to watch and shop.
